Gianluigi Negro is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the School of Journalism and Communication of Peking University with a research project on the imaginary of the Chinese Internet imaginary. Gianluigi is also Assistant Editor at the China Media Observatory at Università della Svizzera italiana (USI). He is the author of The Internet in China: From Infrastructure to a Nascent Civil Society (Palgrave Macmillan 2017) and member of Global Internet Governance Academic Network (Giga-Net).
