Carwyn Morris recently completed a PhD in Human Geography at the London School of Economics and is an incoming Postdoctoral Research Associate at the Manchester China Institute. His ethnographic research, funded by the Economic and Social Research Council and the Chiang Ching-kuo Foundation, examines space as the medium of control in China’s physical and digital spaces.
