Kanishka Jayasuriya is a Professor of Politics and International Studies at Murdoch University, Australia. He has worked extensively on issues of regulation, rule of law, and regional governance in Asia. His most recent work explores the democracy crisis and rise of right-wing politics and authoritarian populism, particularly the politics and crises of social reproduction.
