Luanjiao Hu is a Visiting Scholar at the Lurie Institute for Disability Policy, Brandeis University, USA, and the incoming Director of Research at Disability Policy Consortium. She founded an international disability interest network called Disability Without Borders that gathers close to 700 scholars, graduate students, practitioners, and advocates globally who share a common interest in disability inclusion in China and beyond. She is the author of the book Inclusion, Exclusion, Agency, and Advocacy: Experiences of Chinese Women with Physical Disabilities, with Worldwide Implications (Information Age Publishing, 2024).
