Ulrike Reisach is a Full Professor and Commissioner for International Affairs at NeuUlm University of Applied Sciences. She has been analysing the Chinese market since the 1980s, and spent 20 years as a strategist and Director of Market Intelligence at Siemens. She currently is also a member of the China Expert Group at the German Federal Ministry of Education and of the Research for the SinoGerman Innovation Dialogue.
